Where to watch ENG vs SL live? Streaming and TV details, fixture list for England vs Sri Lanka

ENG vs SL Live: After two challenging Test matches against New Zealand, England’s caravan for the ongoing home international summer will shift to a limited-overs series against Sri Lanka.

The Lankan Lions will arrive in the UK to face their English counterpart in a bilateral white-ball series, featuring three T20Is and three ODIs.

While the T20Is are part of both team’s preparations towards the T20 World Cup later in the year, the ODIs are included in the ongoing cycle of the ICC Super League, which determines direct qualification spots for the 2023 World Cup.

Historically, Sri Lanka enjoyed a wood over England in the white-ball arena, but that has changed in the last five-six years, where the two teams have gone on completely different routes in terms of progress.

While Sri Lanka are suffering from an unprecedented decline since the retirements of Kumar Sangakkara and Mahela Jayawardene, England have taken their limited-overs game to another level in this time frame and have won the ODI World Cup for the first time and also come near to reclaiming the T20 World Cup crown.

ENG vs SL series to feature three T20Is and three ODIs

Eoin Morgan & company will be looking to flex their muscles against their beleaguered opponent through the series, which Sri Lanka will enter in the backdrop of a controversial tussle with their administrative regime regarding the annual contracts.

Held back by issues with their domestic system and majorly flawed selection policy, Sri Lanka will have their work cut out against England, who will be hoping to try out players and iron out their flaws, apart from securing victory.
