Watch: Jarvo 69 is back! This time with the bat

Jarvo69 that had fans in splits in the Lord’s Test is back and this time in batting gear. Shortly after Rohit Sharma was dismissed on day three of the third Test between England and India, Jarvo walked in, feigning to be Virat Kohli, and had to be dragged off the field

India were 116/2 at that point with Cheteshwar Pujara, who stitched a 82-run stand for the second wicket along with Rohit, at the crease.

Watch the incident here:

It’s perhaps the first time in cricket’s history that the same pitch invader has walked in twice in back to back Tests in different avatars to leave fans in splits.

Earlier in the second Test at Lord’s, Jarvo had walked into the field after Lunch as an Indian fielder. The Security failed to identify him as an invader until he made it to the pitch. Once they noticed, he was escorted off the field.

Talking about the ongoing match, it turned out to be quite a good day for India. After losing KL Rahul cheaply, both Rohit and Pujara got fifties. Rohit was dismissed for a contribution of 59 runs whereas Pujara and Virat Kohli remained unbeaten at stumps with individual scores of 91* and 45* respectively. India finished the day on a total of 215/2, trailing England by 139 runs.
