Marsh One-Day Cup: QUN vs VCT – Dream11 Fantasy Cricket Tips, Playing XI, Pitch Report, Team And Preview

In a repeat of Sunday’s fixture, Victoria and Queensland take centre stage once again at the Junction Oval in the Marsh One Day Cup 2019. Queensland is unbeaten so far with three wins out of three while Victoria has only one game which leaves them in the bottom half of the points table. Queensland’s strength in batting prevailed against Victoria last time around with the returning Usman Khawaja scoring a sensational hundred. They will look to keep their winning run intact although the big guns in the Victorian side would have other ideas come Tuesday.

Marsh One-Day Cup: QUN vs VCT – Dream11 Fantasy Cricket Tips, Playing XI, Pitch Report, Team And Preview

Weather Report:

Mostly cloudy conditions with no threat of rain and temperature ranging around 12 degree Celsius expected during the course of the game.

Pitch Report:

Although the pitch does provide some help for the pacers, it is a good pitch to bat on. The batsmen will have to bide their time in the middle before going big just as the Queensland opening pair of Sam Heazlett and Usman Khawaja did on Sunday. 270 should be par on the surface with batting first being preferred by teams winning the toss.

Injuries:

No major injury concerns reported.

Probable Playing XI:

Queensland Bulls:

No changes are on the cards for Queensland after a complete performance last week. Sam Heazlett has been the star of the show with 209 runs in three innings. He has been ably complemented by Joe Burns and Marnus Labuschagne in the middle order. The likes of Michael Neser and Mark Steketee have also done the damage with the former picking a few wickets with the new ball to leave Victoria shorthanded towards the end.
Sam Heazlett, Usman Khawaja, Marnus Labuschagne, Joe Burns, Matthew Renshaw, Jimmy Pierson, Ben Cutting, Michael Neser, Mark Steketee, Matthew Kuhnemann and Billy Stanlake

Victoria Men:

As for the defending champions, better performances are required from their middle-order batsmen with Peter Handscomb and Nic Maddinson unable to get some runs under the belt. They have a top-heavy batting unit although they seem to lack bowling resources in spite James Pattinson’s return to the side. The onus will be on Holland and Sutherland to provide the breakthroughs in the middle overs.
Marcus Harris, Aaron Finch, Will Pucovski, Peter Handscomb, Nic Maddinson, Glenn Maxwell, Will Sutherland, James Pattinson, Jon Holland, Chris Tremain and Jackson Coleman

Top Picks:

Aaron Finch managed to get some runs under his belt in the previous fixture. This could get him going in the competition heading into the new season. While he is one pick, the likes of Glenn Maxwell and Matthew Renshaw, who can roll the arms over for a couple of overs are also viable candidates. Will Sutherland has impressed with both bat and ball and warranties a place in the fantasy side while James Pattinson and Mark Steketee should be backed to continue their fine form with the ball on Tuesday as well.

Captaincy Options:

1: Aaron Finch

2: Glenn Maxwell
