WATCH: South Africa’s Nyakane, Mosehle indulge in a hilarious dance-off in Nelson Mandela Legacy Cup

The Nelson Mandela Legacy Cup played during the 2016-17 South African summer saw one of the most hilarious incidents seen on a cricket field.

The funny occurrence involved Trevor Nyakane and Mangaliso Mosehle, who indulged in a humorous dance-off after initially having a serious stare at each other.

The match was being played between team Springboks and the Proteas at the Newlands Cricket Ground in Cape Town.

Nyakane, the South African rugby union player who was turning up for the Springboks and Mosehle, the Proteas wicketkeeper-batsman, had an interesting altercation that went viral only moments after it took place.

The hilarious altercation from Nelson Mandela Legacy Cup 2016

As Nyakane walked up to the crease in the closing stages of the encounter where the Springboks needed a hopeless 38 off 6 balls, Mosehle started walking up towards him as if he is about to give him a mouthful.

However, what followed left the commentators, the crowd and everyone else on the ground in absolute splits. Nyakane and Mosehle went near each other but rather than sharing any words, just stood there sharing a look.

One could see that it was all fun in games as both Nyakane and Mosehle began grinning at each other before the bowler started indulging in a dance-off and was joined by the batter only seconds later.

The dancing of the two individuals erupted great laughter in the comm box where Pommie Mbangwa and the rest couldn’t help but burst out seeing Nyakane and Mosehle.
