SA vs ENG Dream11 Fantasy Cricket Prediction and Tips: South Africa vs England, 3rd T20I – Dream11 Team and Playing XI Updates

SA vs ENG Dream11 Fantasy Preview and Prediction:

It has been a long tour of South Africa for England and the sojourn is going to reach its climax with the final T20I on Sunday. It has been quite a riveting T20I series as both South Africa and England have won one thriller each.

On Wednesday, it was England’s turn as they made a comeback in the T20I series with a 2-run victory. After being asked to bat first, England found a number of superb contributions from the likes of Jason Roy, Jonny Bairstow, Ben Stokes and Moeen Ali to reach 204-7 after the end of 20 overs. However, Moeen Ali’s stunning 11-ball 39 turned out to be the most important knock as it came at a time when England were struggling at 125-5 after 15.1 overs. Ali’s knock also helped Ben Stokes to find his touch and give the inning a grandstand finish.

In return, Quinton de Kock’s scintillating form off late continued as he delivered a 65-run knock off just 22 balls. Yet, South Africa stumbled after de Kock’s dismissal until Rassie van der Dussen and Dwaine Pretorius came together to forge a key 44-run partnership. Just when it looked that South Africa will seal the series with just three runs required off the last two balls, Tom Curran came up with a yorker and a slower delivery to bag a 2-run win for England.

On the basis of these recent performances, it would be pretty difficult to predict the outcome of this deciding match but we are just siding with England to clinch the series 2-1.

Weather Conditions

A pleasant day with a lot of sunshine could be expected at Centurion on Sunday. Obviously, there is no chance for rain while a maximum temperature of 30-degree celsius has been predicted.

Pitch Report

Given how the last two matches have been high-scoring, it wouldn’t be surprising if Centurion throws up a belter for the final T20I. However, the scores during the Mzansi Super League last year were not too high with the pacers causing trouble on a number of occasions.

Probable Playing XIs

South Africa

Temba Bavuma, Quinton de Kock (C & WK), Rassie van der Dussen, David Miller, Jon-Jon Smuts/ Heinrich Klaasen, Dwaine Pretorius, Andile Phehlukwayo, Bjorn Fortuin, Beuran Hendricks, Tabraiz Shamsi, Lungi Ngidi

England

Jason Roy, Jos Buttler (WK), Jonny Bairstow, Dawid Malan, Eoin Morgan (C), Ben Stokes, Moeen Ali, Tom Curran, Chris Jordan, Adil Rashid, Mark Wood

SA vs ENG Dream11 Fantasy Picks:

South Africa

Quinton de Kock: The skipper is an obvious choice for being one of the top picks considering his stunning recent form. Even in Durban, de Kock took the English bowling attack to the cleaners on his away to a rapid fifty. Expect the southpaw to continue in the same kind of form at Centurion too.

Lungi Ngidi: Although Lungi Ngidi has been on the expensive side in the last two T20Is, he has also emerged as the highest wicket-taker with six scalps. Wickets are similar to gold in fantasy cricket and this makes Lungi Ngidi a pretty valuable option.

England

Jason Roy: Following a 70-run knock in the first match, Jason Roy compiled a neat 40 off 29 deliveries. The opening batsman will need to come up with a big knock once again to help England seal the series.

Chris Jordan: Seamer Chris Jordan has been a distinguished death bowler for quite some time and he has shown that in this T20I series too. Apart from his four wickets in two matches, Jordan also showed his batting ability by striking a six in the final few deliveries of England’s inning in the 2nd T20I.
